DELIVERY POLICY

We personally hand deliver stunning dried and fresh, bespoke, flower bouquets in Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling. Our delivery drivers are on the road delivering flowers Wednesday to Friday between 10am and 6pm.

Due to the nature of our business we are unable to guarantee a time slot.

When sending bouquets to multiple addresses, you will need to order the bouquets separately in order for us to send these to the correct delivery address. If you wish to send more than one order to a single address, please adjust the required quantity.

FLOWER AVAILABILITY

Our flowers are subject to availability and as such the designs can vary from what is pictured on the site. We will always try out best to match these designs as closely as possible but if certain flowers aren’t available we reserve the right to substitute these with something suitable, of equal or greater value. When you purchase a bouquet of flowers you are agreeing that the bunch delivered is subject to variation from that picture on the website.

VASE/FLOWER LIFE

We can guarantee that our flowers to be at their best for at least 5 days if you follow the instructions on our Care cards.

NOTICE PERIOD

If you are unhappy with the condition of the flowers on delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours, we also request that you send us over a photograph.

Can I collect

Please get in touch if you are looking for flower collection as this might be possible, depending on availability.

Will you Deliver outside of Clackmannanshire, Falkirk or Stirling?

Delivery of all our fresh flower bouquets are limited to Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling. Our dried flowers are delivered UK wide.

Can I send a message with my bouquet?

Of course you can! With every florist bouquet we send we attach a message card. Just let us know what message you’d like us to send.

How long will my dried bouquet last?

We provide a florist care card with every bouquet, If properly cared for dried flowers can last between 1 - 3 years.

How long will my fresh flowers last?

If properly cared for then our fresh flowers should at least 5 days. Some flowers will survive longer. Every fresh bouquet comes with a care card.
